I appreciate you giving me and my team the opportunity to work for you. If you've never sold items at auction before, don't worry! The process is extremely simple. Just point us to whatever you want sold, and we'll take care of everything. All you need to do is cash your check.
Your items will be professionally photographed, carefully identified, and expertly marketed to stimulate buyer demand. Although we're local to Berks County, your goods will be seen by buyers all across the country on Hibid, fostering a competitive bidding environment. Once sold, the items are carefully packed and shipped out at buyer expense. Your funds are then placed in an escrow account and paid to you in approximately 30 days (sometimes sooner).
While auctions can be exciting and profitable for sellers, they can also take place due to difficult circumstances such as:
Loss / Downsizing / Divorce / Probate
We handle each client individually and personally, making sure their specific needs and wants are met. Please be assured that your information and requests will be handled with grace and confidence.

Finally, here are the answers to the most common questions that we receive:
The maximum base commission charged to sellers in 2026 is 25%. Your rate may be lower.
If you need your goods sold off-site, there will be a reasonable Transport / Storage fee commensurate with lot size.
Seller pays either Advertising Fees or Disposal Fees. These can be waived in exchange for an increase in commission.
